c. Sellers are strictly prohibited from selling items that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.

3. Image and Video Standards:

a. Product images and videos must be high quality, showcasing the craftsmanship.

b. No explicit or offensive content is allowed.

4. Dispatch and Delivery:

a. Sellers are responsible for the timely dispatch of purchased items.

b. Ensure accurate shipping information is provided.

c. Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Fair Employment Practices:

a. Sellers with employees must treat their workforce fairly and provide equitable compensation.

6. Ethics Check for Sellers with Employees:

a. Sellers with employees may undergo periodic ethics checks to ensure the well-being of their staff.

b. Compliance with fair labour practices and income distribution is crucial.

7. Transparency and Accountability:

a. Sellers must provide accurate information about their products and work practices.

b. Non-compliance may result in the suspension of the seller's account.

8. Proper Packaging:

a. Products must be packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.

b. Packaging materials should be eco-friendly where possible.

9. Trademark/Copyright Infringement:

a. Sellers are prohibited from listing products that infringe on third parties’ trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.

b. The platform reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts found in violation.

10. Changes to Terms

AFOMA Marketplace reserves the right to update these Seller Terms and Conditions anytime. Sellers will be notified of any material changes.

11. Dispute Resolution:

a. Disputes between sellers and the platform will be resolved fairly and impartially.

b. Consistent violation of terms may lead to the termination of the seller's account.
